The comfortable, home-like environment in our reception areas, combined with the soothing ambiance in our treatment rooms, will help diminish the stresses you may feel about dental treatment. Our professional and caring staff are highly trained and committed to produce stress-free surroundings for your comfort.
A blanket or heated neck pillow is provided upon request so you can relax in warm comfort. Patients are offered music selection to block any noise from ongoing procedures. For some patients, nitrous oxide (sometimes referred to as laughing gas) is available. Dr. Maddux also offers medication to help ease anxiety. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ease your anxiety and ensure a pleasant periodontal or dental implant experience.

Dr. Maddux did a fantastic job on my gum surgery. I’m definitely a white knuckle patient but I had almost no post-surgery pain. I haven’t had an issue more than a decade later.

Having teeth issues caused by a lifetime of grinding my teeth, I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Maddux. Each one (multiple gum & bone grafts, tooth extraction and implant) has been a painless experience. He listens patiently and thoroughly explains the plan in order to put you at ease. Dr. Maddux is an expert in his profession and cares about each individual patient during and post procedure. Wonderful, welcoming office with a relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff too! Dr. Maddux and his staff has redefined what being a professional means to me. Everyone in the office greeted me, asked how I was doing and if they could do anything just to let them know. They spoke with such sincerity and truly cared how I was doing from the moment I walked into their office. Then this morning Dr. Maddux called me himself to check in on me to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a Dr call me personally concerned with how I was feeling the day after my surgery. That right there takes his practice to a whole other level for me. Dr. Maddux and his staff are the only ones I will 100% recommend.
